Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have confidence in your purchase. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and inform us promptly if there are any issues. If any problems arise, please contact us and follow the appropriate steps below for your product type.
Returns:
We hope you like your product, but if it doesn't suit you, we will do our best to help. Please contact us if you need to return the product.
Returnable Products:
You can return custom furniture within 45 days of receipt, provided the furniture is in brand new or near-brand new condition.
We do not accept returns for the following:
stains, scratches, graffiti, wear or damage, or any alterations made after delivery.
Return Costs:
You will need to pay for return shipping! Return shipping costs will apply and vary depending on your local logistics company.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance Items
- Showroom Sample Rooms
- One-Time Special Orders
Delivery Fit Issues:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture can pass through entrances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and be moved into the designated room.
- If delivery is impossible due to size incompatibility, it will be processed as a customer return.
- A 15% return processing fee will be charged, plus pickup/redelivery fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable!
We accept exchanges in the following situations:
- Production errors or shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
- Manufacturer defects are covered by warranty for 45 days from the date of delivery.
Changes and Cancellations:
You can change or cancel your order at any time before our team reviews and approves your final work order. Our customer service staff will confirm your order after you place it! Once you confirm your order, we will pack and ship it immediately. At this point, your order cannot be modified. If you need to make any changes, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you.
